Rashes on abdomen area

Frequently occurring red rashes on abdomen area with lots of itching. There is one big red and black patch on abdomen area and one big black patch on left side below underarms. Very itchy rashes. Do not appear anywhere else in the body but the abdomen area. I feel this is due to some internal deficiency.
