Hello! Ring like lesions on skin have a number of differential diagnosis. Lyme disease is one of them. If you are staying in an area where ticks are present and Lyme disease is present then this has to be kept as one possibility. The  Lyme disease starts with fever ,bodyache and joint pain. The lesions are not itchy. You will require to take consultation for a diagnosis to be made.
