An itching/rash like sensation on my scrotum. I play a lot of sports and thinking it could have formed from that. What doctors can I go and consult for this?

It can be scrotal eczema which is very common. Please don't use soap over the areas. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
