It could be heat rash. Avoid squeezing and scratching. If there is pus or crusting or rash increasing or appearance of similar rash on body, history of fever consult your paediatrician.

Greetings It's commonly be caused by heat rash, eczema, or contact dermatitis. To help soothe the skin at home, gently wash the area with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser. Keep the baby's environment cool and dress them in loose, breathable cotton clothing to prevent sweat irritation. Avoid applying heavy ointments, adult skincare products, or fragranced lotions, which can block pores or worsen inflammation.

This appears to be a minor superficial skin infection/rash. Keep the area clean and dry and avoid applying oil, powder or any new cosmetic product over it. Can use antiseptic cream. Please get the child examined by a pediatrician/dermatologist, particularly if the lesions are increasing, developing pus/crusting, or associated with fever. Avoid squeezing or scratching the lesions.
