Rashes around the mouth and nose ends

Past two months i have been getting these rashes around my mouth and under the nose and it gets quite itchy and dry if i dont apply moisturiser. It was on and off for the past two months but now for the past two days it has become regular and doesn't go away. Rashes look like small red lumps around the mouth and nose.
