My daughter is 4 years old.. today she came back from school. I noticed rashes on her hands and legs. As you can see in the image. And mild fever
Please tell me what this is and its cure.

Rashes on hands and legs with mild fever in a 4-year-old could be hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) or a viral rash.
What to do:
Keep her hydrated.
Give paracetamol for fever or discomfort.
Avoid scratching; keep nails short.
Maintain good hygiene to prevent spread.
See a doctor to confirm, especially if:
Rashes spread rapidly
Fever is high
She shows difficulty swallowing, breathing, or lethargy
Most viral rashes resolve in 5–7 days.

Is it only in palm and soles? Is it present inside mouth? Is itching associated? Fever is associated, likely Hand Foot Mouth disease, a viral infection. Usually self limiting.
