Rashes and itching 5year old son

My 5 year old son is having rashes on feet and arms and its very itchy. He first got it 2 months back and when consulted a pediatrician he examined and told its allergic reaction. Now he again had fever and in 2 days developed similar rashes and itches. Might be allergic reaction to medicine not sure. Please help
