My father, aged 65, underwent open-heart surgery six years ago. Since one year post-surgery, he has had rashes on his leg as shown in the photo. We have consulted many dermatologists, heart specialists, and even Siddha practitioners, but there has been no remarkable change. Which specialist should we consult?
