A few years ago I had my first herpes breakout but haven't had anu since. I've been working out a lot and I tend to get sweaty in my vaginal area and can't always go home to change right away. Yesterday I started feeling some pain/irritation and I figured it was a rash due to being sweaty. It's been irritating me all day and i just used a mirror to look and theres a small area with little white dots. Is this a rash from moisture or a breakout??
