Dear Doc, My wife has recently got a rash on one of her buttock cheeks which more or less looks like a pimple that got expanded and is almost red in color. It is also painful. The skin seems to be pretty dry as well owing to cold climatic conditions.Please advise what can be done to mitigate this condition. Regards, Ranjith
