I have rash on glans and it itching sometimes, I am applying chlofresh ot and candid powder. I have taken flucanozole tablets before. It been 10 months and still this infection is on. I used to sweat a lot in gum and maintained poor hygiene before. Please tell me how can I cure this permanently.

Firstly spot using the ointment you are using as it has steroid . Secondly it might just be a fungal infection which is to be yreated without steroids .And their are better drugs then fluconazole plus you need to consult online for further help and share pictures for making the diagnosis easy
