Hi, From yesterday my brother is having some trouble on his neck. There's a rash with a small bump and with severe pain. Recently he's getting cold due to this and we have checked the temperature and it's 100°F. We are assuming that it's from insect bite. What should we do? C.c - Attached photo for your reference.
