Hello, from today morning when i woke up my penis head is paining whenever it gets rubbed against my pants. There has been a red rash on the glans and the foreskin. It pains a lot when the affected area is touched. For info, the previous day i masturbated and slept without washing. I never had sex with anyone. Iam 20 years old
