Rash on baby cheeks

My baby is ten months and she has tiny bumps on her cheeks.. They keep coming and reduce in 3 to 4 days.. And they come back again.. I have already tried dermadew but is not of much help.. Iam feeling bad that iam not able to help her out... Could you please help me with this.. Thanks.. Attaching picture for refernce
