Rapid movement of baby in womb

Hi, I'm pregnant by 31 weeks. Since 3 days i feel my baby moves a lot in the womb. Is that normal? Also I'm facing loose stool & gas issue these days does that affect baby? Plz help!!

Yes that's a sign of an active baby No it does not Loose stools ... avoid food from roadside vendors Add probiotics Gas ... avoid spicy n fried food Small frequent meals Walk n adding an antacid shall help
