Ranitidine Syrup 75mg/5ml

Once by mistakenly Ranitidine Syrup 75mg/5ml Given to our kid age 3.5 years and weight 13kg before food 5ml and after food 5ml in one hour. Will this cause any issue?

First and foremost ranitidine  should not be used. Better to show in casualty and admit under observation for 24 hrs
