I went to Lab for lipid profile testing just after having lunch ,my triglycerides level came to 310, I am taking propanolol from last one month for migraine, it could be due medicine or not

No its not medicine related. Repeat lipid profile on a fasting blood sample. Modify lifestyle and diet for good cholesterol control
