I assume you are taking Clavam 625, which is Amoxycillin + Clavulanate, which is an antibiotic. Ab flo n is a combination medicine which helps with cough, breathing difficulty pneumonia etc. Both of these are useful when  used for appropriate indications. From your symptom description, you are most likley having an upper respiratory infection, for which neither of these may be needed. You can use an antihistamine lime cetrizine 10 mg at bed time for running nose. But a definite diagnosis cannot be made without examining the patient.
