Is it permitted to give radiation therapy to the vertebra for a patient suffering from post obstructive pneumonia have consolidation in left lung? The patient has NSCLC with multiple mets in liver and bones. Treatment is ongoing for post obstructive pneumonia. Patient complains of lower back ache and has mets at D2, L2, L4, tail bone and has mets in clivus.
