R-Vac & travel during implantation

I had my miscarriage when I was 4.3 weeks pregnant. Doctor asked me to do TORCH test as all the other tests were normal except my prolactin test which was 27.2 for which I was prescribed medicine cabgolin 0.5 (4 cap). I had taken TORCH test twice, after a month gap from 2 different places. All my IGM tests were negative both times.  but my Rubella IGG was positive with  38.1 IU/ML the first time & 27.7 IU/ML the 2nd time. CMV IGG also positive with 27.2 IU/ml the first time & 169.4 au/ml on the 2nd time. Dr. asked me to take R-Vac and start trying conceiving after 3 months. My AMH is 1.89. Should I wait for 3 months or should I try conceiving after a month of having R-Vac? If yes then can I travel long distance by car during my implantation period, i.e, during my 3rd to 4th week? Will it hamper my pregnancy? Please help. I do not want another failed pregnancy
