Kindly consult a Psychiatrist. In the detox phase you'll be given medicines and later anti craving medicines in maintenance phase. You could also check yourself into a good rehabilitation centre, but do a proper recce because most rehabilitation centers in India are run by ex-addicts and there's no provisions of medicines in withdrawal which can be a serious problem.
