Hello Pigmentation and scar both are different thing. And treatment would also be different. As there is no magic wand for both acne scars and pigmentation. It take 3-6 months for pigmentation to fade and 6-12 months for scar to heal with visible difference. Kindly share photographs for better diagnosis and treatment
