I m suffering from premature ejaculation which release my sparm within 30 sec. The density of sparm liquid is low and feeling lack of sexual excitement. My personal opinion is that I m suffering from impotency. my body weight is under weight.

It's not impotency..it's lack of interest.. prematurely ejaculation is not disease.. do exercise daily especially kegel..see it's video on you tube
