I was wondering if it is possible to have the web skin cut between my two fingers. this is not typical "web fingers" this is from a skin graft that i think should have been cut down when i was a kid but i was never taken back to have this complete. I'm wondering if this could be de done by a regular doctor or plastic surgeon.
