Respected sir / mam Please tell me is it necessary for me to wash my bed sheet, pillow cover  and all my clothes after masturbation. I am asking you this question  because a lot of my time is wasted in washing things after masturbating. I am  diagnosed with OCD by a neuropsychiatrist. I am also taking medicine. Whenever I do not wash things I feel that I could not sit on my study table for studying and feel that it is not good for me spiritually. Please help me. Thank you.
