My dermatologist suggested the following treatmet for my acne.
Sotret 20mg alternate days
Nadoxin gel twice daily
Metrogyl gel twice daily
Episoft ac cream as a suncreen cum moisturiser
She suggested me to apply the episoft cream first then the topical treatment. However, is it ok to apply the episoft cream at night too even though it contains spf??

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
