Before my total cholesterol was 176... But even after losing weight, now my total cholesterol is 216... Can you pls clarify...
continue with regular aerobic exercise and weight loss to reach ideal BMI. Low fat diet also helps. LDL , HDL , TGL values are more important than total cholesterol
My LDL is 169, HDL is 46, total cholesterol is 237. non HDL cholesterol is 191.
