Hello there, while it's not advisable to take the rabies immunoglobulin twice if you've already been vaccinated, because its role is questionable as the antibodies have already been developed, you must always keep a record of it.
Its unclear if you've taken the vaccine or the immunoglobulin which is administered locally at the wound site.
Nonetheless there are no long term known side effects arising from these.
