Query regarding my sexual health

I had an intercourse in which i had bleeding. When i had it again after sometime i again had bleeding . I wanted to know what must be the exact reason behind it because when i had intercourse first time only that day i had bleeding after that whenever i had an intercourse i never had it. But last time suddenly i i had little bleeding. Please help me in this why this may have happened suddenly.
