Hello, I have headache from last one month in frontal and occipital area, sneezing issue from many years, because of sneezing i always feel u well throat and always feel little bit feverish in the evening and night from months but after checking fever, it comes 98.3, 98.4, 98.5and 98.7... its normal. why i always feel feverish. What it could be?

May be due to rhinitis take antihistamminic like levocet 5mg  pacimiol 500 mg and becomplex even if not relieved antibiotics may be addded
