How can hormones can be balanced in body especially for women above 30 there is a lot of hormonal imbalances which can lead to life threatening diseases. So how can these hormones can be checked and balanced

There are blood tests to ‘check’ hormones. Although if you have no symptoms I would not get any done. If you desire fertility and are unsuccessful then it can be investigated. Or if there is a family history of thyroid disease/ diabetes/ hypertension then it can be further investigated.
