Query regarding bone marrow test report

Hello doctor this year i got diagnosed with pleural tb for which my doctor prescribed omnacortil 30mg along with tb medicines thereafter i started having petecheal rashes. After this i had done cbc in which i saw isolated thrombocytopenia. To get to the root of this problem my doctor had send me for bone marrow test which did not found any major abnormality but found mildely reduced megakaryocytes. I dont know what could be the cause of low platelets. Recently i visted to gastro doctor he suggeste me to take hematologist opinion but due to covid i dont want to go to any hospital. Thats why i want to take second opinion on practo.i am attaching my bone marrow report.in report it is suggested to check reticulocyte and platelets count .recently i have done cbc and reticulocyte count .in cbc again isolated thrombocytopenia and reticulocyte count got increase from 0.5%-2.30%.kindly guide me whether i have to do something or not .thank you.

Hello, there could be a number of reasons for this picture it could be ITP or any autoimmune related hematogical disorder or even low Vitamin B12 could be a cause. You can take a teleconsultation with a hematologist as all hospitals and medical centres are offering teleconsultation in view of the covid19 situation.
