I got bitten by a bat , now what should I do? Do I need to take the 5 shot antirabies vaccine or what is the next step?

You should take tetanus vaccine. And bats are also a carrier for rabies. So to be on a safer side take the rabies vaccine as well. Depending on the place and grade of bite you might also need to take Immunoglobulin
