Hi A mole is not a problem unless it is hampering anything functionally or starts growing rapidly or has itching. Removal is possible for cosmetic reasons. If it's not bothering him leave it alone. As he grows it will grow bigger too. But considering his age any removal now cannot be done under local anaesthesia. So let it alone unless it bothers him or it has any issues.
