Mild fever and local swelling are common after vaccinations. You shouldn’t worry. If there is fever (temp>100F) then you can give paracetamol drops.
Next Steps
If there are other symptoms like prolonged crying or abnormal movements you can visit your doctor.
Health Tips
Continue breast feeding. Give sponging SOS.

Good evening You can give her calpol drops for 2days 4 times a day and thereafter only if she has fever. Usually fever will subside in a day. If any concern kindly contact me directly. Take care!

Swelling , fever and redness is a common side effect on injection site. For it you can give paracetamol. It subsides in 1 or 2 days if persists then consult a doctor.
