Hi, recently I had a query about my whole body allergy problem including my face after stop allergy tablet teczine- m. So dr. Prescribed here vitamin d3 60000iu tablet once daily for 4 days. So I have query about that is vitamin d3 60000 iu safe to eat daily or required once in a week.
