My father's age is 56year. Weight 75kg. creatinine level is 2.52. bp 130/90 mmhg. Doctor adviced him for mucinac 600. Is this good for kidney??? Is this decease creatinine level???

It's helpful, but whether it would help, needs to be seen. If it's acute kidney injury, it may help. But if he has chronic kidney disease, it may not. Be in follow up with a nephrologist nearby
