Query about medication of hypothyroidism

Hi, My wife is suffering from hypothyroidism since pregnancy (2017). She has been using 88mcg thyronorm. Recent blood investigations state that her thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) is 20.65 uIU/mL. Should she change the dose of the thyronorm medication and what should be the dose?. Plz help.
