Hello I m having congenital phimosis.I was having grade 5 phimosis but after cessation of masterbation and doing stretching exercises I saw great improvement in just 7 days.My grade of phimosis is now grade 4.I m tensed about a disease called lichen sclerosus which affects penile foreskin so I want to know if I m having lichen sclerosus or not.Pls help
