I feel pain in left side chest below nipple for 2 days . sometimes back side  hurts. I faced same thing 3 months ago . ECG , Echo reports came normal that time . I had  high triglycerides but after taking medicines it is in lower level now  l . Dr. Prescribed Ciplar LA 40 that time and I took it 20 days only . PAIN comes frequently but mild. What is this symptoms of? What to do now? Or this is the stage of heart block? Or something else? Please suggest?
