Good afternoon doctors, I recently performed urine microalbumin test with morning midstream urine and the report says Urine Albumincreatinine ratio report: Urine microalbumin: 2.2 mg/dl Urine creatinine: 0.105gm/dl Urine microalbumin to creatinine ratio: 20.9 mg/gm The report says no microalbuminuria as it <30 Now I have a queries is it requires to perform the test with always urine fast sample ... Is midstream urine affects the result of ACR What I need to do ? Kindly suggest
