Is that quad helix expander results in any facial changes ?and is that possible to undergo quad helix expander without surgery at the age of 23?is that works ?

Quad helix is used in correction of dental cross bites and its in transverse dimension. If it's dental crossbite yes quad helix works. If its skeletal crossbite it will worsen the end result stability and periodontal health etc.

it will help in facial profile improvement but in indirect way as its just corrects the dental crossbite. So it will have minimal effect on profile.

Quad helix expander is used as adjunctive therapy to orthodontic treatment. It does cause facial changes. Surgery is best decided by your dentist if he has an MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
