Hi, I had left shoulder pain and slight numbness in hands after long travel. I checked with a doctor and he suggested ECG (attached). He said the QRS is 119ms and some other abnormalities, so told me to take an echo. In the screening echo, they said there is
no PAH,
No RWAH,
LV systolic/diastolic function is fine
EF 68%
No clot or vegetation
He concluded that my echo is fine and gave me some painkillers.
I would like to know if the ECG is normal. Should I be worried about the QRS interval?
