As per CT neck and Throat and biopsy reports doctor planned for Total Laryngectomy+ Neck dissection+ PMMC repair. I am uploading concerned reports, please suggest me is there any possibilities that without surgery can cure the mentioned issue.

Nowadays organ preservation is always preferred Instead of surgery you can opt for radiation for 6-7 weeks with concurrent weekly chemotherapy for at least 5 cycles.
