Hello, as per the details mentioned by you and the dentist you should get the grossly decayed rootstumps in the upper arch extracted. And for lower teeth caries get x-ray done based on that get them filled or root canal treated. Dont wait and get the lower teeth treated on time else they will also go for extraction.

Hello man         Upper both side  2 molar are broken due to severe caries...n becaz of thm lower molars got decayed.so pls get thm remove (upper root pieces)        Lower both sides 2 molars got caries ...need to check the extent of decay thru x-ray... if less decay thn get it filled to avoid more decaying of teeth If badly carious thn hv to go for root canal treatment

The dentist you went to have described your extent of tooth decay. You have many decayed tooth particles which need to be extracted to give you complete pain relief. Otherwise you will have antibiotics and painkillers which will give you temporary pain relief.

Root particals need to be removed. Also lower molars are carious they can either be treated endodontically(rct) followed by capping (crown). Or extracted depending on condition of tooth seen in xray.
