Pustules like growth appears on my skin since from 2 days. They rarely causes itching.. Initially I noticed these on my hands. 1or 2 on face..Please diagnosis and suggest remedy..

Need some more pictures for diagnosis especially the ones on your face. Have to rule out chicken pox if there are fluid filled bumps. Consult online with a dermatologist
