How serious is it if I develop a pus-filled lump near my anal area while having a fissure, and what should I watch for after it has been drained? Photo is before drained

Pus filled lump near anal area has to be drained. Once drained, post operative care has to be taken. Avoiding constipation, straining while passing stool.
