Hi, I had bilateral tympanoplasty 7 yrs back but again pus is coming from ear do I need to undergo surgery again. Please let me know thanks

If perforation is there revision tympanoplasty is needed.. operation will be done after antibiotic treatment and ear should be dry.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
