Got pus filled red inflamed pimple around a month back -- did course of 6 tablets zady 500 (azithromycin) daily one tablet -- daily washing face with acne-aid wash -- applying fusidic acid cream daily in morn -- applying peroclin 2.5% gel daily once in night can i now just continue with these two creams? as antibiotics is not showing any effect on it and i am just getting weakness. i want to continue with just creams or gels or any otherayurvedic medicines where in i do not have to take antibiotics tablets as its just making me weak i feel today little pus came out of it and the skin is more red now.
