I have had pilonidal surgery 15 days back(stitches haven't been removed) ,the surgical site is infected and pus draining from incision How can i reduce the infection stop draining of pus?

HELLO, PRESS THE PUS SITE AFTER HOT FOMANTATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, THAN CLEAN THE WOUND WITH BETADIN SOLUTION, APPLY BETADIN OINTMENT N FUCIDIN OINTMENT IS 1:1 RATIO PUT A COTTON RAPPED IN GAUGE PIECE N FIX IT WITH MICROPORE. ORALLY TABLET AMOXYCLAVE625 THREE TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR MORE. TAB SIGMOFALM THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. LIGHT DIET. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. O.K
